Wahoo XDR / XD SRAM FREEHUB BODY For the 2018/2020 KICKR and CORE Smart Trainer / WFKICK RXDR / Wahoo Freehub (Kicker / Kicker Core Smart Bike Trainer 18)

Steps:

  • Use the sprocket remover (or chain vise as shown) and the lock ring tool to loosen the lock ring and remove the existing cassette.

  • (If the cassette does not exist like KICKR CORE, skip this step).

  • Use the sprocket remover (or chain vise as shown) and the lock ring tool to loosen the lock ring and remove the existing cassette.

  • (If the cassette does not exist like KICKR CORE, skip this step).

  • Install this product XDR / XD FREEHUB BODY by rotating it counterclockwise (in the direction of the claws) until it is at the same height as the pulley.

  • Tighten the locknut (smaller than the original size) that comes with the XDR / XD FREEHUB BODY freehub, and use a 17mm cone wrench to support and tighten the flywheel with your other hand. Do not use too much force and tighten it tightly.

  • For 11-speed or slower cassettes and XD cassettes, attach the included spacer along with the other spacers included with the cassette.

  • (If you are using a 12-speed cassette or an XDR cassette, skip this step).
