The CLUB HOUSE is a loyalty program, where every time you shop you can earn cash back and can get one step closer to unlocking exciting offers and members only benefits.
How do I qualify for my rewards level?
As soon as you create an account, you become a CLUB HOUSE member. The amount you spend defines your level. Provided you meet the basic threshold for the program, we will place you in one of our three levels based on your annual spend.
Spend up to ₹25,000 in a year to access the Climber Level.
Spend above ₹25,000 up to ₹75,000 in a year to access the Sprinter Level.
Spend above ₹75,000 in a year to access the Leader Level.
How long do I have my current rewards level status for?
Your loyalty year renews every 12 months.
What happens if I don’t spend enough in a year to stay in my level?
You will move down to the level that reflects your total spend in that year.
Do my previous purchases award me automatic loyalty points?
This loyalty program will reflect your points only from the day this program was introduced, 2nd June 2023.
