Derailleur Hanger for Colnago

A snapped or bent derailleur hanger can end a ride instantly, and sourcing the right replacement in India is often harder than it should be. The Pilo D842 Derailleur Hanger for Colnago solves that problem with a precision-machined replacement part engineered to match the original geometry of your Colnago frame exactly — getting you back on the road or trail without guesswork or improvisation.

Our Take

Indian roads — whether you are navigating potholed stretches around Pune, descending the Ghats near Lonavala, or pushing through rough tarmac in Delhi — put drivetrain components under real stress. Hangers are sacrificial by design, protecting your frame in a crash or hard impact. The Pilo D842 is a reassuringly precise fit for Colnago CLX Disc owners, and keeping a spare in your kit bag is simply smart preparation for any serious rider in India.

Sizing for Indian Riders

This is not a sized product in the traditional sense — it is frame-specific. Confirm your Colnago model is the CLX Disc from 2018 onwards before ordering. No heat or body-fit considerations apply, but check your existing hanger against Pilo's reference images if you are unsure. Compatibility is the only fit factor here, and it matters completely.

Compatibility Notes

The Pilo D842 is compatible with the Colnago CLX Disc (2018 onwards). It is designed for use with rear derailleurs mounted to this specific dropout interface. Always carry a spare; installation requires basic tools and alignment should be verified with a derailleur alignment gauge after fitting. Not compatible with other Colnago models.

Pairs Well With

Round out your drivetrain spares kit with a quality rear derailleur, derailleur alignment gauge, and chain quick-links. A compact multi-tool with the correct Allen key sizes is also worth adding — ideal for roadside repairs on long rides through Coorg, Ooty, or any remote climb.
