Derailleur Hanger for Bianchi

The Pilo D803 Derailleur Hanger is a precision-machined replacement dropout designed specifically for Bianchi frames. If you ride your Bianchi on the demanding roads around Pune, the rough tarmac of Delhi, or the sharp switchbacks of Lonavala, a bent or snapped hanger is a matter of when, not if — and having a spare on hand keeps your ride on the road.

Our Take

Indian roads are unforgiving. Potholes, speed breakers, and the occasional gravel wash on monsoon-soaked climbs around Khandala or Coorg put real stress on your drivetrain. The Pilo D803 is cut to exact Bianchi tolerances, meaning your derailleur alignment stays true and your shifting stays crisp. At Rs. 4,922 it is far cheaper than a bent dropout or a damaged derailleur. Every Bianchi owner should keep one in their kit bag — full stop.

Sizing for Indian Riders

Derailleur hangers are frame-specific, not rider-specific, so there is no size to select based on your body. What matters is matching the hanger to your exact Bianchi model and year. Confirm your frame model before ordering. If you are unsure, photograph the existing hanger and contact Cobbled Climbs — our team is happy to verify compatibility before your order ships.

Compatibility Notes

The Pilo D803 is designed to fit specific Bianchi frame models; verify your frame year and model before purchase. It is compatible with standard rear derailleur mounting threads and works across Shimano, SRAM, and Campagnolo groupsets. Store away from direct moisture — particularly relevant during India's monsoon months — to prevent corrosion on the threads.

Pairs Well With

Pick up a rear derailleur to complete a full drivetrain refresh, a chain to restore smooth power transfer, a cassette for a complete drivetrain overhaul, or a cable and housing set to sharpen your shifting while you have the derailleur off the bike.
